Leadership Development

Leadership does not mean an innate personal skill, it is a set of competences and skills accessible to each one of us. We provide a complex program of the managerial skills interactive development in a minimum scope divided into 8 two-day training modules. Graduates elaborate and present a selected elaborated Leadership topic, presented during the final colloquium.
